BAD MECHANICS is an oddball / scatter-brain two piece hailing from the outer reaches of the Chicagoland area who is self-described as "America's Baddest Band". Their debut album, Precious Moments in the USA, was recorded by Pete Grossmann over the politically tumultuous last year, and sees the band expanding on their humorous style of Devo-inspired punk while throwing in elements of industrial, indie, Weasel-esque pop punk, and techno.
